Well, I don't know how your tech-head brains, but I imagine it's about as frazzled as these droids you sold us!
Your MD-334 models that Planetform purchased from your LA robotics wholesaler were claimed by the salesman to last under tough conditions for at least ten years with weekly repairs!
Well, I can tell you that they were repaired the best they could be repaired, by yours truly!

Of course, that didn't stop one unit from going and falling into the turbine of Reactor four last week, or another from attempting to feed one of our workers with Alien Organisms for his lunch yesterday! I can't tell you how terrible that would have been if not for the vigilance of our workers, even on break!

The last straw was not one hour ago, when I had a knock on my office door. I opened it to one of YOUR MODELS aiming a cutting saw at my throat! Who knows what it would of done if I hadn't blasted it with my Detroit Ripper. At least you can do some things right, it tore through that rogue droid like a hot knife through butter.

I would like an explanation and an assurance this is covered under warranty, as soon as possible!

Maintenance Labourer Moller, please rest assured that our MD-334 model robots will last under tough conditions for at least ten years, with weekly repairs from skilled and experienced robotics technicians. A full accreditation in Course 59-A [Robotics\Humanoid] is available at all Ageira ® Sponsored Education Centres ™ should you be found lacking.

However, a number of other details regarding these incidents are of concern to our support team. Firstly, we must question Planetform safety protocols around Reactor 4. We strongly recommend the installation of an Ageira ® Portable Safety Barrier ™ in order to prevent other Robots and/or employees entering turbines in unintended locations.

We would note that the MD-334 [Multi-purpose\Humanoid] model is capable of many tasks, depending on the software packages installed during initial activation. Our sales records detail that Planetform Incorporated only purchased a limited range of software packages with these robots - mostly Heavy Lifting (Industrial)&copy; and Machinery Operation (Construction)&copy;. Inappropriate deployment of MD-334s to environments unsuitable for their software command suites can have unintended consequences that Ageira Technologies cannot be held responsible for. I have no doubt that this robot tried its best, even when not installed with a Culinary (General Preparation)&copy; software suite, bless its little <strike>soul</strike> Quantum Processor.

However, there were a small number Security (Training)&copy; and Security (Lethal)&copy; packages bought with the shipment of MD-334s. However, we must caution that Security packages are not intended to be mixed, combined, spliced, retrofitted or transferred in any ways not specified in the instruction manual. This recent incident would appear to be the product of a lazy installation, where both packages have been combined, likely producing the available <strike>but unpopular</strike> Security (Lethal Training)&copy; suite. In fact, from the data we have, it would appear that this particular robot excelled in its assigned field, providing you with personal security training against lethal encounters.
