To whom it may concern in the Liberty Navy;

My name is Katherine Pennybrooke, I currently fly a "Shetland" class Bretonian train with my brother, under Gateway contract. I have normally experienced Navy pilots to be polite and helpful, however today as I was coming from Baltimore to land on Manhattan, a ship, I believe it was a Guardian class, under Navy ID and IFF, registered as "John.Travolta" starting broadcasting barely coherent messages and firing at us.
It wasn't clear what he wanted of us, so we proceeded to land on Manhattan. He wouldn't cease fire, and our ship required expensive repairs on Manhattan.
From what I picked up, he seems to have attacked and possibly destroyed many other innocent vessels.
We urge you strongly to take action against this dangerous rogue, as attacks on traders right over Manhattan by Navy vessels really is unacceptable.

Yours sincerely, Katherine and Edwin Pennybrooke

P.S. I have attached photographic evidence of the incident.

Fig. 1: He demands "fly in the planet" while firing.

Fig. 2: His statement makes no sense, he reopens fire.

Fig. 3: We have included a shot of our ID, though none of his unfortunately. He repeats "Fly in the planet", at this point we figured he wanted us to dock. At first we thought he was nervous about us flying too close to the planet.

Thank you in advance for your handling of this matter.

****INCOMING TRANSMISSION****

TARGET ID: [color=#99FFFF]Pennybrokes
SUBJECT: Rogue Naval Officer
ENCRYPTION: Moderate
PRIORITY: Moderate

Good Evening Sir and Ma'am.

[color=#CCCCCC]My apologies for the lateness of this message. While Mr Travolta's actions are worrying, the independant behavior of the secondary fleet is not the direct responsibility of the Primary Fleet. In cases such as yours, additional action may be taken, but I am not in any position to take it.

However; the evidence you have should be more then sufficient to have Travolta listed as a criminal in the Liberty Police Database, available here, if you would prefer not to wait on Command.

Hartman, out.

Thank you kindly for your response, Ms. Hartman.

We are entirely aware that the actions of contract employees cannot be fully controlled. In the end, the situation wasn't very dangerous, we just considered it advisable to report this possibly insane pilot.

Thank you again, Katherine Pennybrooke
