[color=#FFFFFF]Understood.
Just to clarify, do these orders also cover the interdiction of alien-related materials and cargo, such as derelict and active artifacts? I'd just like to know if I need to send an extra report out to your division every time we catch an artifact smuggler. I don't want to withhold any necessary information from your group.
[font=Courier New]This is Operative M hailing from Safe House B-5.
The given order received from the Admiral of the Kusari Naval Forces is in [color=#FF0000]direct violation of the Kempeitai Protocol of Military Conduct, in conjunction with the Kusari Legal Codex as well as the Protocol of Kempeitai Branch Purpose.
Intelligence Division Hasaki currently does [color=#FF0000]not comply with the given order and will proceed with executing all standing operations regarding alien activity as well as maintaining a solid monitoring approach on the aforementioned item(s).
[font=Century Gothic]This is Section Chief Keiji Shibazaki. Konnichi'wa "Kuzunoha", as you want to be called this way so be it. Your position is interesting to me and we will note it.
However the Kempeitai agency is operating independently from the Kusari Naval Forces and the Kempeitai agents are receiving their orders from the Kempeitai Central Headquarters directly if not stated otherwise by the particular operation.
I would like to receive any and all information concerning this decision. No orders will be given to the agents on the field until we are aware of what we are doing.
With regards.
Section Chief
Keiji Shibazaki

Subject: Confusing orders
Konnichiwa,
These orders are in direct contradiction with the training we have received, indicating that such alien materials and artifacts are dangerous and should be destroyed rather then confiscated. I understand the military's interest in these from a research standpoint, but my first duty is to the people of Kusari. Until these orders are issued from the civilian government, my previous orders stand, which is to confiscate and destroy any such dangerous alien commodities.
It is strange that, if you are indeed as ranking as you claim, you resort to threats instead of sending orders through proper channels, commander. I understand the defeat of the Naval Forces at the hand of Gallia has done little for morale, but that is no exuse to try and assert yourself over your friends at home.
To State Police headquarters: Please clarify if orders in regards to alien or suspected alien contraband and presence have changed.
