I come to you on behalf of my father Hibiki Kamida. Recently we have broken away from the corrupt tyranny which has become of the government of Kusari. We have always held a great respect for the Blood Dragons as it was one of your honourable fore-fathers who first gave Shouta Kamida his position of lord on the Planet Kyushu many hundreds of years ago.

While our family have broken away, we are taking with us many people of whom also share the view that Kusari may only be ruled by one man, of divine blood - and we believe honourable Dragons that, that man is your current Shogun.

Our small band, are known as the Kamida Assembly, although we are strong in spirit and resolve we lack places of shelter. We would offer an alliance between our two groups, in order that we might survive amongst the harsh times to come. In return we shall assist your Shogun's ascension to power.
