First, let me thank you again for providing these guncams. They will be very useful for this case.
It is indeed strange that this ship was flying under LPI identifaction.
Either the captain of the ship has somehow managed to fake the identifaction papers or a member of the police itself has abused this to smuggle cardamine.
Either way, he will be punished for this crime.
