My name is Miguel, i am the chief dockmaster at Cape Wrath. I oversee all maintenance and resupply of all ships present at this base. It has come to my attention that you wish to use my docks as a home base for one of your gunboats. Let me be clear, we are VERY short on supplies and as was mentioned, you must keep this ship supplied at your own expense.

We do welcome your forces and your ships, but if we are to maintain them and keep them running, as you probably want us to do, you need to supply us the following.

Per month we will require:
3000 units of H-fuel
500 units of ship hull panels
250 units of robotic components
50 sets of engine components
100 units of superconductors
100 units of super alloys
15 bottles of wine and 25 cases of cigars

We will require that all deliveries are thoroughly marked and that all deliveries are documented with time of delivery, the ship that brought the supplies and an proof of allegiance with the 212th group.
Since this is just a one way message, please open a channel with the Cape Wrath command and provide the documentation. Keep the channels as secure as possible.
