Bonjour, monsieurs et madames of Liberty!
We, the Legion des Damnes, are contacting you with a request.
As time passes, we grow more and more curious about the House of Liberty. We have already established contact with a few Liberty companies, and negotiations have been going well. And with working along side by side with one of them, are conducting several divisions of research and development.
To put it shortly, we are requesting that the Legion des Damnes' flagship, the Grande Guillotine, to be allowed to fly and pass through Liberty, and to be allowed docking on Planet Pittsburgh.

I must imagine, you must be curious about the ever-rising Gallic Royalist threat, and our flagship is a ship they once used (although inferior) models of. If we receive clearance, you will be free to scan and examine the equipment the Royalists use, as already part of one of our dealing with Deep Space Engineering, and I do believe the information would be of great use later on.
As spoken previously, we had already established contact with Deep Space Engineering and I believe they could vouch for the clearance.

[The Republic Of Liberty]

To whom it may concern;

Unfortunately, the only interaction between the Legion Des Damnes and the Republic of Liberty has been an individual caught with a cargo hold full of Cardamine in New York space. Aside from this obviously quite suicidal start of relations with the Republic of Liberty, we are not willing to allow even Bretonian battleships into our sovereign space. There is no reason to allow the Gallic Brigands, who are relatively enigmatic and whose loyalties lie outside of the Libertonian sphere of interest, something that we do not allow our staunches allies.
