You need to re-buy Huegenots and Marsflyers. I repeat... you must re-buy those ships. Re-buying Slipstream is also recommended, it appears that current setup causes server to kick players with this ship bought before 4.79.

[TC]Beretta - Huegenot.
{TG}_Telthose - Slipstream, re-buy needed.
rebel2345 - Rheinland Bomber - unknown, possibly problem with cargo, sell it.
Hoodlum - Train - reason unknown for now.
Dab - Train - reason unknown for now.

If I have to sell the load out as well, which was added after and not on
the banned list, I would like to re- negotiate the compensation as this
cost me the best part of 80 million.

Fellow Hoodlum is just a Large Train, stock weapons, level 3 armour with
no cargo. The only thing is the repair icon is permanently on when docked

This isn't related to cheating. Cheating logs are only ways how I can determine who has wrong items on them. It means certain problems related to version change, problems of different kind.
