We here at the LWB have begun to survey certain systems for various reasons and came to notice something in your stronghold of Omega-54. Planet Wiesbaden, in particular, as its readings seem fairly friendly. In speaking with a nice woman on Northeim, I heard that there had been plans to establish colonies there in the past.

I was thus very curious what the status of such endeavors is. Have you begun this?

There are indeed plans for Planet Wiesbaden, however they are currently on hold, due to the reason that we have to focus on the advancing Corsair menace, as well as our battle against the Military, Daumann and Kruger.

The surface of Wiesbaden is empty at the moment, but I am sure that this will change in the future, however the exact time is unknown.

Oh, that is problematic. The part with the Corsairs and those corporations delaying your plans, that is. It seems like Wiesbaden would make a nice place to live, all things considered.

With that in mind, I wonder if the LWB could acquire permission to establish a farming and ranching colony? It will take some time to get adequate parts to build some modified biodomes and to find animals that will live well on the planet, of course, but can we perhaps begin this process? We have a much higher percentage of non-combat oriented members than an organization with your prestige and training programs, after all.

Of course, I imagined that the Corsairs were keeping you rather busy, so I can imagine the lack of expendable resources. I believe we have the ability to get all we need at present to begin the project.
