The reason for this communication is twofold. Firstly, UMAD would like to begin transport of Ship Hull Panels and Gold to the Omegas, preferably Omega 54. With your permission, deliveries could begin within the next solar week. Secondly, we would like to begin mining operations in the Omega 11 system. We would appreciate your noninterference with this operation, as well as other future Rhineland operations.
In addition to incoming materials, our preference would be to make a noticeable donation to the Red Hessian cause, rather than individual donations of trivial size. This would exempt from future donations made by individual members of UMAD. We will be willing to make similar donations upon the expansion of our operations to other areas within your zone of influence.

I'm letting you know that the oberkommando is discussing your offer, but in the meantime we'd like to ask for more information about your group as a whole. Even though you've already told us about who you want to be and what you want to do, you have not provided any information on who you actually are, what identification registry are you using and what background can you provide us about your group.

UMAD was founded in 816 AS by myself, Richard Banger. After working for 10 years as a BMM miner, I had finally repaid the costs of initial training. Bretonia was in the middle of a war with Kusari and civilians on both sides couldn't afford the rise in the cost of living, due to blockades and embargoes by both governments. With the determination of helping the civilians, I bought a small fleet of Borderworlds Transports and began fixing the problem head on. We made a small fortune in Dublin hauling the very same ore I had mined for years.
Using the profits as a down payment, UMAD took out a loan to purchase a large quantity of Kyushu rice and began delivering it to civilians in Bretonia and Rheinland. But the end was not in sight for UMAD. Having achieved its original goal, we began mining our own minerals in order to increase overhead profits. Operations were started in Tau-23 for Beryllium and Niobium and Sigma 13 for the best Scrap Metal this side of Texas. Soon UMAD was able to ship more refined items like Wine, Tobacco, and Consumer Goods, and Ship Hull Panels.
A reasonable person might, at this point, ask why we didn't go to the Rheinland Government. My answer to that question is simple. If the Rheinland Government was doing its job, people wouldn't be starving all over Rheinland. I personally believe you are the best potential successor to the current incarnation of the Rheinland Government. While we cannot help you fight the Military with guns or ships, we can provide assistance to your civilians to increase your troops' morale.
Today, UMAD is at the forefront of many projects. We are currently beginning operations in Humboldt for silver mining and Omega-11 for Diamonds. Our ideals have changed some over time, but our operations are still running right on schedule. Our traders can be found in Freelancer identified Borderworlds transports. Our Miners can be found in civilian mining ships. As of yet, we have not engineered an Identify-Friend/Foe system.
UMAD does not agree with groups that intentionally monopolize products that are necessary to maintain the quality of life most Sirians expect today. This puts us at odds with Ageira, Cryer, and the Bounty Hunters Guild to name a few. We also do not appreciate being spied on, and are hostile to all house intelligence services.

The oberkommando have finally discussed your request and the Universal Monetary Allocation Department will be granted access to Omega-11 and Omega-54 under the following conditions:
A monthly payment of following amount forwarded to RHA bank account:
- 75,000,000 SC to [RHA]RHT-Weimar
A monthly delivery of following goods to Omega-54 with posted proof on this channel:
- 20,000 units of Engine Components
- 15,000 units of Hull Panels
- 10,000 units of Gold
And to clarify, the payment must be made at the beginning of each month, but the cargo delivered during each month will be counted for your free passage of the next month. Thus to show our good intentions, the oberkommando expects the payment to be forwarded to [RHA]RHT-Weimar until the first of March, but any cargo delivered meanwhile will be counted for our agreement during April.
If you accept the abovementioned terms, simply notify us via this channel and we will make sure our troops are in full coordinations with our agreement.

Our troops are notified of our agreement and as of 01 March 818 A.S. your vessels have free passage through Omega-54 and mining permits for Omega-11 Diamond fields. However, you have to keep in mind that any signs of abuse to this privilege you've been granted will result in severe consequences.
