Encounter at Bonn Station / Battleship Strausberg with a dubious trader

Content:
Guten Tag, werte Offiziere,

today, I encountered a trading vessel of the type "Colossus (Rheinland train)" in front of Bonn Station and Battleship Strausberg. Since the vessel was named "{sekta}2fast4u", I associated it with a group of Red Hessian terrorists. So I decided to take a closer look and stopped the trader. A scan brought to light that the vessel was carrying a Freelancer ID and 5000 uncut diamonds. There was no further information about the ship in my database.
The pilot, who seemed to be a freshman - but maybe that was just a proof of his acting skills, admitted that the goods were destined for New York, so I informed him about the existing trade embargo against Liberty due to the ongoing war. Further I told him that he's by that violating the Laws of Rheinland (Article 3, §2) and that the usual way of treating a case like this would be to declare his cargo as contraband (Article 3, §5). The conclusion of that would be confiscation of his cargo and a fine of 4.000.000 SC (Article 2, §2.1.4.3.).
Furthermore I tried to find out his connections to {sekta}, but I couldn't get any valuable information out of his answers*.
Moreover the pilot was questioned about the origin of his cargo. But instead of answering, he launched his engines and tried to escape**. Unfortunately there was no other way of stopping him than opening fire. The vessel, including all of its cargo, got destroyed in this conflict.

Since this is the second trader with a name including {sekta} I encountered in the last days, I most humbly recommend further investigation of this incident, but I'm sure you know best how to proceed in this case. It may be possible that Hessians are stealing the uncut diamonds out of mining fields which belong to respectable Rheinland companies like Daumann Heavy Construction and smuggle these goods through Rheinland to sell them in Liberty.

I hope everything that happend and this report is to your full contentment.

In duty for our glorious Vaterland,
independant Rheinland Military pilot Thomas von Wein

//OORP information:
*: He said that the {sekta}-players were all out of the same city, which is why they all included that prefix in their names, but he didn't want to play a Red Hessian.
**: He tried docking to escape, just like he did last time. The other trader ({sekta}dronedev) did the same when I met him and started to ask questions.
***:Sadly I didn't set Disco client to save a chatlogfile before (from now on I have). That's why the evidence exists in form of 16 JPGs. I didn't want to upload all of them to imageshack. If you ask me to, I will send them via mail, skype, or another way you recommend.

Gutgen Tag Pilot,

I'am Fahnrich Alois Dermen of the Rheinland Military, I must say, even though I'am stationed aboard the Strausberg "very" little escapes my attention. This isn't the first time we had problem with this ... new organization. Il be sure to double our patrol efforts in the system to find and question these people; and if necessary punish them. Now as your Interpretation of Rheinland laws it isn'€™t illegal to ship diamonds cross the Fatherland, anyone can do it. But if the '€œcargo'€ destination was headed for Liberty then '€œYes'€ the cargo would be confiscated, and I would be more then happy to comply with that. But If I'am to make a move against this vessel I must have evidence of their wrongdoing and proof that the vessel is truly is headed for Liberation space. Anything is useful, Camera logs, Comm chatter, even processed scanning. Lets hope you have the details.

Guten Tag, Fähnrich Alois Dermen,

I guess the evidence you requested was corrupted in my last transmission. For your convenience, I will resend the proof of my report as appendix in this message. I'm confident that the data will be fully transmitted this time.
