I am glad to see you alive and pushing forward fella.

Anyways, the subject of my call...

I have become very afraid of the threat that the Kingdom of Gallia supposes to Baffin, to TAZ, and to all zoners and Erisians who live in our beloved system. We have learned that a huge population of Gallic exiles has moved to a system linked by a jumphole to Baffin. This, as you may understand, implies new threats to us, coz it's not only that GRN hates us already, but now we are also on their way to their enemies.

So I contacted this people living in Rousillion (that's how the system is called by them) and started relationships to see how to adress the problem in the most efficient way.

But my friend, I fear that this could take too long, and the Gallic forces will be knocking our doors in Tau 29 as soon as they finish off the Brets!

So I started thinking about a more radical solution. And that was when the real nature of the Five Orbs of Chao came to my head (through my pineal, that is). These orbs were a gift to TAZ from Goddess herself. When she appeared to me at the Geode, I thought of them as a Reliquae, since She only said that they will protect Erisians during Verwirrung. I started flying around Sirius, carrying the blessing of the Orbs, but I was not very welcomed where I flew. Here and there people insisted that those where not any kind of reliquae but nothing less than five nomad power cells.

Now, I am pretty sure that Goddess would have no reason to mess with such thingies, but these comments made me think that maybe the Orbs are a weapon of sorts, and also, that if their nature was similar to that of a nomad power cell, only the People of Light would know how to do what I am intending to do.


My friend, I wanna blow up the jumphole connecting Tau 29 and Baffin.
Is there any way to perform that with these?

I will be awaiting your response, though I bet it can take some days for it to reach Baffin...

"Recently a divine power cell designed to make a long distance jump corridor.. actually deviated from its intended purpose. The ORB AI has been analyzing and studying the incident. but the long and short of it is.. instead of creating a stable corridor is.. displaced the entire systems contents into another.

I've never seen this done... In fact hiding two artifacts of such power in the systems you'd need to would.. probably be impossible to defend. Orb thinks though that it can find a flaw in the fundamental nature of jump-holes to collapse them... I suppose you can call it orbs.. life objective.

But as to knowing of a way to help you soon... I think you guys are over reacting.. Though.. If I where you I would get more standing defenses ready... I don't want to sound like a jerk but Eris helps those who help themselves... foremost.

The divine know you have those orbs... but wouldn't reveal to me their nature... We could try to identify their capabilities but so many floating around are unexposed or un programmed so they remain inert until activated correctly.

While I dont wish to seem arrogant... We also have extensive proof that while the GRN forces are intimidating they are by far not as well skilled as would be feared..."
