Greets sirs, I was recently informed that Livania shipyard is
passing threw many hands...sort of speak. Since we have
several reparations to make in OEF batleships i would like
to ask if we can take to Livania some of our ships to repair.
I would be glad to hear something about this mather from
the actual administrator of the Shipyard in question.

We will have in mind the answer of any one who claims
control of this stacion since we do not want any diplomatic
problem. Have you zoners in GENERAL as allys is our priority.
