[font=Century Gothic]The Molly people have performed more than necessary due diligence in attempting peace talks. The snobbish high handed attitude of the Bretonian leadership demanding that we give our blood and resources for nothing in return, only to be shot at again once your war with Gallia is over, is beyond absurd. Then to have a baroness of the Bretonian Crown act as if she spoke for the Gallic people when suggested that if we could not find agreement we might talk with them. To not ask but demand that we lay down our lives for Bretonia for not so much as a thank you, a reward, or freedom for Dublin is unreasonable. There was not even an offer to assist versus our own enemy the Corsairs.

[font=Century Gothic]During the process we attempted to notify Bretonia of a Rheinland Military ship within Cambridge, well away from the trade lanes and hanging about Lisburn. What did we get? A battleship firing up on those that did the reporting and one of them a small freighter undocked for a supply run at that! We try to speak with that same ship encountered later, but their only words were fire from its guns.

[font=Century Gothic]To top it off, Bretonia stormed out of the peace talks. Unreasonable demands, gunfire when attempting to talk peacefully, and then walking out of the armistice talks. It is obvious to the Molly people that Bretonia does not wish to make peace, that it has no thought for its people but to use them as blind cannon fodder. Let it not be said that the Mollys did not try for peace, we did and all proposals were rejected.

[font=Century Gothic]With your fleet of the 13th announcing hostilities, your baroness snowclown acting as if she were the queen herself, there will be no armistice until the Bretonian government is actually willing to negotiate reasonably. All Molly ships are notified to consider all Bretonian Armed Forces ships as hostile, regardless of fleet affiliation. Your kind have spilled the blood of three generations and more...and the blood continues to be upon your hands, both of ours and of your own people until Dublin shall be free.
