It is the Decree of the State Duma of the Coalition, and the will of the Ikon of Ikon's Premier Katz that all gunboats belonging to the Coalition Register here for recognition, transit purposes and commissions of war.

Deployment of the Militsiya Fleet Gunboats

Due to the mobilization of the Coalition Reserve Fleet by the will of the Premier, the popular "Storm" class Gunboat is being mass produced as we speak. Since the influx of these new warships exceed the current number of gunboat captains, the Coalition Primary Fleet calls all able pilots to step up to the plate and become part of the Revolution. By the order of Colonel Juan Coronel, Commissar of the Coalition Militsiya Fleet, all pilots who receive the honor of flying the Storm Gunboat must register their vessel in this comms frequency.

Objectives:

[color=#FFFFFF]All Militsiya Fleet Gunboat Captains will follow the model of the Primary Fleet in terms of tactics, operations, and any other aspect of the Coalition ways. Your primary duties includes, but are not limited to:

• 
  
• Upholding the Coalition Law
  
• Acting as loyal soldiers under the Commissariat, the Duma, and the Ikon.
  
• Dedicating yourself to the ideals of the Coalition and the Revolution.
  
• Protecting citizens and the common man from both pirate attacks and government oppresion.
  
• Standard systems patrols (Omega-52, Omega-50, Omega-5, Rheinland, Bretonia, and any other systems around Omega-52). [check ZOI]
  
• Serving the Premier and the Coalition by not wasting unneeded resources. (I.E. Do not attack a lone enemy fighter that is already engaged by a Coalition squadron unless ordered otherwise)
  
• Escorting certain ships when needed

BIOGRAPHY/HISTORY:

Artemis Braun is a seasoned warrior, having patrolled the omegas in various ships throughout the years. Since his defection from the Rheinland Federal Police, he has become an independent revolutionary fighting alongside Hessians and other revolutionary factions against the injustices of the Houses.

Having heard of the Coalitions return through long-wave broadcasts over the sector, Artemis has been trying to make his way to the fabled Omega 52 for the past few months, following up on leads along the Omega trade route. His search finally led him to Bretonia, whereupon he found a small cell of people interested in the same politics as he. The cell was discovered and set upon however by MI5 Agents. Braun and several others made a run for the Dublin/Omega 49 border, but were seperated. Braun made it through, in his old battered freighter, and from there onto Omega 50 just as the long-wave broadcasts had said.

Presenting himself before the coalition above Volgograd, Braun felt he had finally found a home he could believe in. Being best suited to combat duty on board a Gunboat, as he had for many years, he was given captaincy of the CPW-Icewind. His current task is to have it refitted with Hessian turrets and tune it up somewhat, and find a scout pilot.

BIOGRAPHY/HISTORY: Vasily is a hero, they say. Vasily knows every single joke in Sirius, they say. Vasily never droops, they say. In fact, Vasily is a soldier, as he likes to say, from birth. He started his military career as a gunner on CPW Social Credit and spent five months on that post. After the promotion he enlisted in the militia where he found new friends and where he truly liked to serve. That's why he decided to continue to serve in militia when many of his comrades enlisted in the army. During the service he caught many intruders in Omega-52, successfully chased and took down numerous corsairs and individuals who dared to threaten the tranquility of the citizens of the Coalition. Due to his recent promotion to captain, he's got almost new Storm class gunboat and its crew, a group of well-trained men who gladly agreed to serve under Terkin's command.

BIOGRAPHY/HISTORY: Ying Jin. 35 years old. Born on JiangXi. Always trained with military arts, languages and mechanics. Worked as engineer on Mykolaiv Recearch Station from age of 21. Assisted scientists, constructed severall powerplants for Storm class Gunboats and improved its armor.

When Coalition made a call for reserve people to fight for people of Sirius, Ying was one of first who applied. His patriotism and wish to change the world was one of main reasons for him to leave behind his work and start to fight for better future for all good people of Sirius.

Michael Mawashi, a former colonel in Hessian fleet. He has won many glorious victories, while his squadron was not ambushed. The flagship was destroyed and the capsule with the colonel picked up a coalition patrol in the omega-5. During questioning, Commissioner of the coalition found it possible to recruit Michael. Now he is the captain of the new CPW-Moscow Gunboat. Michael found a new home, now he defends the idea of communism and fighting for them.

BIOGRAPHY/HISTORY: Mikhail Molokov was grown up aboard the Zhukovsky Station in Omega-52. Father was a military fighter pilot and died when Mikhail was only 6 years old during a battle with hostile forces beyond the borders of Omega-52. Mikhail's mother was a former dock worker on Zhukovsky Station and she teached Mikhail everything important alone. Mikhail entered very soon the Coaliton military academy and joined the rows of the young cadets. After years of training he succesfully finished the academy, as the best of his class, and to him was given the honor of piloting his first fightercraft. After several victorious fighter missions he was charged with the command of the XKR-EV-Zero "Storm" Mark-X Coalition Gunship named CPW-Cheburashka.
