First off, I'm pretty certain this is not the right comm channel to address such concerns, but I'm afraid I didn't know where to go with this.
More than a week ago, I loaned a certain individual 100.000.000 (one hundred million) credits, to be repaid within 48 hours with a 50% interest rate. Obviously, this time has long past and I haven't heard from my client yet.
I realize I was taking a risk doing this, and that my money may be gone forever, but I was wondering if it is in any way possible to have this individuals assets seized to compensate me. Supposedly, he was looking to buy a Kujira with the money.

Eagerly awaiting a response, Katherine Pennybrooke

I have attached evidence of the transaction.

Should try using the search button, I'm pretty sure there's a thread or two about loans...

But, if memory serves they all say the same thing - you don't get your cash back = tough luck.

In RP, stick a lovely bounty on their head, that should teach 'em.

EDIT: And you might want to link that image, it's larger than forum maximum (700px wide)

I was formerly know as Spiritar.

It's been a while.

Oh well, I was afraid of that. Thanks for your advice, anyways.

Hey Kathrine.

Sorry to hear about the credits. Bit of a downer, huh? I mean, I'll help look for them if it helps. The sofa's usually a good place to check. It's amazing what turns up behind it. Like, an entire- Um.. Don't worry about it. Nevermind.

Chin up, okay?

Oh, and tell Edwin I say Hi.

Topic: Loans/issues.
Miss Pennybrooke, I'm not actually aware of the Sirius-wide nature of the authorities you are referring to. Such issues are generally submitted to the court according to the space the incident took place in.

From the evidence submitted I can only see the geolocation stamp of the said "Croat" persona, so it's not the matter of Liberty law-enforcement, but of the Rheinland one instead and should be submitted to local Munich court session.

Oh I don't normally involve myself with public affairs, but this I just cannot pass up whispering to you about.. *Snickers softly*

Croat, One of my eyes encountered this guy once.
He doesn't have a head on his shoulder. So either he figured: easy cash without feeling bad about it.
Or he doesn't even remember -loaning- it.

Sorry about the loss of capital hun. But rule number one of loans.
Know who you're loaning to. Or check their background at the very least.

If all else fails, put up a bounty on them every now and then, for a few years to come, they'll be wondering whodunnit and agonizing it for as lng as you feel like it.

Did that once to an ex of mine, went through ships faster than a hot blade through butter.

SIRIUS OFFICIAL YOU MAD COMISSION
ORIGIN : LOST BATTLESTAR

It would appear this loan hasn't been done over the forums, therefore we have very little ways to help you, or contact the person. Loans should be done over the forums to have an easy possibility to contact the one you gave your money to, unless you know that person already and trust him.

Loaning credits to someone you don't know is always a risk. Consider this a lesson.
