In addition, should these targets find themselves in the Honshu system you are free to operate here as well. However, Kyushu and Hokkaido are strictly off-limits. You are free to collect your respective bounties on the following targets:
All pirates.
All blood dragons.
All golden chrysanthemums
All farmer's alliance.
All liberty rogues.
All lane hackers.
Any of the various Gallic pirates we've seen coming in from the local Tau systems.

So, Kusari is once again overrun by scumbags? And now we are graciously allowed back into your space after your navy unceremoniously evicted us for reasons still unknown to this date? Im getting the feeling your crew sees us as disposable assets to kick out and call back at your leasure. While it is true that my hombres are mostly disposable, I have to wonder.

How long before my hombres get shot at again by your navy? How long before Hogosha are being protected instead of my hunters? A lot of my hombres are sick and tired of Kusari conduct. It's normal to be shot at as a Bounty Hunter. it's not normal to be shot at by the people you work for. In Liberty, Rheinland and Bretonia we can shoot the crap out of stuff without having to look over our shoulders. In Kusari, not so much. The proverbial Desinfector in the back.

I'm willing to allow the hombres back in. Under the following condictions.

- I want to see decent bounty rates
- no (more) retardado conduct from your navy, police, kampetei against my men
- docking rights on all lawful bases throughout kusari in the A.o.O.
- a guarantee that whenever your admiral is on his period, he doesn't flip out again and takes it out on the Guild and mi hombres

In short, I have a business to run. in order to do so I need to be able to trust my contracting partner. Your predecessor didn't do a bueno job... I trust you'll do better.
