Helmut steps out of the tram, the platform was busy with Synthfoods crews that had just gotten their briefing and where heading to their ships. A man in a suit tapped him on the shoulder. "Please move sir, your blocking the exit!" Helmut looked over his shoulder somewhat shocked and saw that there was a line of burocrats forming behind him into the tram, he quickly walked further.
It was his first time at the Synth Foods Headquarter, so far he had only been at his own office on Bonn and the small office on Newark. He walked further into the Lobby when a lady in a business suit walked up to him. "Mister Lotti?" She asked. "Yes Madam, are you my guide?" he replied. "Follow me please, your fellow board members haven't arrived yet. There seems to be a traffic jam on the local roads leading here and a big waiting pattern in orbit." She said whilst leading the way into an elevator that took them to the top floor.
She opened the door and allowed Helmut to Enter before giving him the agenda of the meeting. "Would you like something to drink sir? Coffee? Tea? A fresh fruit juice? We've had a shipment cambridges finest in just this morning.
"Kaffee Bitte" He said, reminding him he was in Liberty. The lady was already on her way before he could correct it. He made himself comfortable in the board room and looked at the agenda.
