I dont know if anyone else is having this problem, but I'm playing single player and I just bought a CSV and it has no tractorbeam. Any thoughts?

Or, since it's single player, do you have a tractor beam mounted?

IDs are tractor beam items, so yeah, you still gotta have one even in SP...
