Error message when trying to post image

Hiya, I am trying to collect on a bounty and post the image. When I try to attach the image though i get the message:

"The total filespace required to upload all the attached files is greater than your per post or global limit. Please reduce the number of attachments or the size of the attachments."

I am trying to attach a jpeg image.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to be able to post images again?
