Mass effect 3 shepard indoctrinated theory

Ok lots of people interpreted the ending that shepard was indoctrinated. when he saw that boy on earth noone noticed the kid but shepard and has constant dreams of the kid burning. At the ending you see the same boy as the catalyst. Also how is it shepard is immune to indoctrination? that reaper beacon in the dlc in mass effect 2 was able to indoctrinate everybody else but shepard who came in contact with it? indoctronation makes you see things, hear things and do the reapers will without at times knowing whats realy going on. so my question is this was shepard realy indoctonated the whole time, imagined the endngs ? maybe thats why it was all very similar?

Shepard is not indoctrinated, because Shepard IS A REAPER.
From the landing on Eden Prime Shepard was only there to give the galaxy the hope that they would survive, to make the Reaper's task more satisfying.

Also, Cerberus and the Illusive Man are actually an Alliance front to make their troops fight better; If they think there's a terrorist organisation out there kidnapping people, they'll be more effective in trying to track them down... And achieve the Alliance's goals of Galactic domination all the more quickly.

Getting a seat on the Citadel Council was only the first step.
If Shepard wasn't a Reaper; the Alliance would probably own the galaxy by now.

Bah. Much though I like the idea of indoctrination theory, Bioware have pretty much disproved it already. The ending we got was, sadly, the ending they intended. In fact, someone recently went through all the game files and found a ton of missing dialogue etc that was meant to be in Priority: Earth and showing that the ending of the game was supposed to be like the Suicide Mission in ME2 writ large, that proved that in the end all that really happened was EA ran them out of time and money, and we were left with whatever Bioware could cobble together.
