2mb/512b connection here.
Download speed is around 300kb/s at most, upload is usually 50-60 kb/s
never had any lag issues with Disco or any other online game. Occassionaly a lag spike or two but nothing heart breaking.

Usually the download speed is around 90, but on Sunday nights when everyone is online it goes down a bit
