Stabed in faec, wat du?

So I was stabbed in the face today by some guy wearing a red mask and black cape. He had a crazy pencil mustache and I think he was carrying a Ron Paul sign. I'm bleeding profusely and I think that he smeared fecal matter into the gaping wound. Should I call a doctor? Has anybody else had this problem?

Oh, hello Flodd. I didn't see you there. Feel free to make yourself at home. There's a campfire over there with s'mores and S'Quirrels roasting. I killed those S'Quirrels with my own two teeth. Was a long, hard hour of tracking and several hours of disgraceful tree climbing.
