you can set the starting moneys for the people on your server when you activate the discovery Mod. So its a simple process of deactivating it, then reactivating with the correct amout of moolah set. You can also set what the uniforms of the players on your server will look like (I recommend Lane Hackers).

another thing that will help if you can learn to use it is FLHook.

this is a program that allows you to change the possesions, ship, money, and location of players on your server.

If you want to play on the discovery Server... just re-install freelancer and the current version of discovery, (with Freelancer Mod Manager 1.3-1.4) and everything should be schweet...
