Yes, Corse.

To be specific, it does have a starsphere; every system does - that's the "backdrop". All light sources in Freelancer originate from a point, and usually that point is set as the system's star. Corse just has a light source, but no star. Few systems have no light source at all - like Omicron-92, I think.
