Hello and welcome, name's Del, I'm the local pastor around here, yes I am a real Reverend. So if there's anything you might need feel free to ask me over PM's. I also lead the biggest band of thugs and thieves in Liberty, now there's irony for you.
Saint Del is considered a holy healer of diseases of children, but also as a protector of cattle.
Thanks for the warm welcome, guys.:)I've been reading through all the major threads and they're pretty comprehensive in all, but I do have a question that I haven't been able to find an answer to. On some other servers I've been to, there was an understanding (not officially covered by the rules, but held to strictly) that people wouldn't use nanobots and shield batteries in normal PvP. Is there a similar arrangement here, or is it 'anything goes' in that regard?
Sadly, it's anything goes. That's why a simple PvP fight will last for upwards of an hour sometimes.
On Disco, RP is the king.

I too came from a server where the gentlemens agreement was no botts or batts in PvP. Not the case on Discovery, where the general rule is use em if ya got em. It took a bit of getting used to carrying them here, but youll adapt just as I did.
In actuality you can spend a lot of time on Disco without ever PvPing. Though the danger of it is always there.
