Yes, that video has been around for a long time.

The first part is the Gemini 7 spacecraft and the transcript of that particular transmission also appears on page 374 of the book "Above Top Secret", by Timothy Good.

I only mention this because the clip doesn't actually tell you what spacecraft it is.

Also, if you know where to look, there is a lot of 'evidence' that UFO's (not specifically spacecraft, just unidentified flying objects) have been seen by 'reliable' sources (NASA personnel, Airline pilots etc).
