something like that. my screen just starts sending out lightning when I scroll over a post like that.
you know, like your hair when it gets electrified on your trip to the moon with your new honey, which you of course, managed to pick up with these marvelous strategies:cool:
just watch out when you get older, because sixteen year olds always stay the same age! I imagine that this grand knowledge applies to that age group, great guru.
I never said you were 16. Your illusions of grandeur make you seem older than that.

Its spelled "Graaff". Van de Graaff generators today have enclosed spheres, belts and rollers since they are used as particle accelerators. They don't shoot out visible lightning like you saw in cartoons, since that would be quite dangerous.
I just have a monitor from the future.
But hey, it just tingled and shot out a few bolts again so I guess its time to leave. Nighty night:)
Surely you meant delusions of grandeur. I'll overlook it in return for the misspelling of said piece of equipment. We had one in our school, back when I went to school, which shot out some quick spectacular lightning.
Almost as good as when we set the room on fire by putting soap in a microwave. Good times.
