Question/Problem Regarding Reputation

As a Bounty Hunter, I should be hostile to all criminals. However, Corsair reputation is full simply because I have killed so many NPC Hessians, Outcasts and Unioneers. This I think has subsequently affected The Order as they are +2 neutral. I haven't been into the distant Omicrons yet, so by the time I do this faction may be friendly. Obviously this is in direct conflict with the relations BH have to these factions.

Am I obliged to fix this and become hostile towards them or can I make a choice and remain friendly (but not dock with their bases)?

As long as you don't abuse it by docking, it is not a problem that can't be solved by flinging a CD at them whenever you meet them. Insta-hostile!

Understood. I haven't actually been into Corsair territory much so it hasn't really mattered so far. I did take on a few BH missions against Corsairs, the reputation dropped considerably but it soon crept up again. I guess I'll have to pay a visit to one of their hideouts.
