Well... it seems that I have to elaborate a bit why I asked docking rights for Liberty Trade Shipping vessels. We are a recently formed group and is true that Liberty Trade Shipping is much smaller compared to Interspace Commerce... but...
Maybe you already know, or maybe not: Liberty Trade Shipping is affiliated with Interspace! Since its creation, Liberty Trade Shipping have considered Interspace Commerce as the main ally.
With the necessary apologies, I want to clarify some issues. We were accused by some of your vessels of "being a copy of Interspace Commerce". Also, others tried to recruit members from our corporation and we have evidence in this way. Maybe is time to stop all these actions and to build the foundations of a successful collaboration between both corporations! Or... at least, this is our intention...
So... Liberty Trade Shipping is not the same thing with Interspace Commerce and I should to emphasize this! We have other goals, different principles, we are not involved in insurance and loan services and so on... Also, we will never try to recruit active members of Interspace Commerce! Never!
Therefore, we considered that granting the right for docking on Otemachi Trade Annexe, will result in improving relations between Liberty Trade Shipping and Interspace Commerce. We do not intend to become competitors. There are already too many others factions who want this kind of corporations to disappear and it is better to be friends, instead to be rivals. I'm not sure if my words will reach the target, but... to be honest, we want to dock on your stations because we're on the same side. We can supply your station when is necessary... and also to assist you in successfully completing contracts, when and if will be necessary...
What do we have to offer in return for our request being accepted? Hmmm... the same thing, as proof of our intentions: the docking rights for all IC vessels on Muroto Trade Center, even if it is still under construction. We have some code weapons and in future I think we will provide also hellium 3 as a result of a contract with Kishiro Technologies or platinium ore from Samura Heavy Industries. We know that you already have a factory for the production of docking modules... so I don't think you will need something like that from us.
I do not want you to retain too much, but I hope you understand why we ask for docking rights on your station. It's a matter of principle... as you are considered our allies. The decision is yours, of course!
If you reject our proposal, we will not bother you again... and we will consider that you do not want us as allies! But I think... or I hope.. will not be so...

I must start off on a personal note and say that the LTS seems to indeed be trying to do the exact thing as the Interspace Commerce, as your goals as displayed on a information page shows to be. Not that we can do much about it as it is not our domain to make decision for your group, but I can say that you will not get that far without making yourself more well known.

Anyways, sorry about that. To professionalism.
The LTS do not seem that much to offer, but I know for a fact that there is still things that each of us can gain. Helium isotope three is available on Otemachi almost all the time, as we come second in priority after the Gas Miners Guild has filled their own bases. In light of this regard, there is always a small profit that we make every time someone picks up Helium, granted the transporters gain much more in the end.
Because of this, I will have to say that there is enough fruits that can be seen in order to arrange some docking access.

As to your proposal of what you can offer us, It is not as much as we were hoping for, but in the end I believe it will work.

Your group will be pending to the master docking list. We hope to hear of you more, and of what your plans are of the future. But first, there is some things we must work out with the Gas Miners Guild about this.

A word of advice. Do not become the Interspace Commerce. Become known as someone else. But be warned, it is easier said than done.

Mr. Adamson, everything looks satisfactory concerning your request. However, we must inform you that Malahide Starport is undergoing some... Renovations, if you will... As such, it is not possible to grant docking access to that station at this time.

However, Otemachi Trade Annexe is a different story, and your request for docking rights to this station is APPROVED.

Concerning your offer to supply Otemachi Trade Annexe when requested through S.K.Y.P.3, I do not think this will be necessary, but thank you for the offer.. We haven't had a problem keeping our base supplied yet.

Your ship's name will be added to the list of those allowed to board the station.
