Last night on patrol around New York I spotted a suspected smuggler named Cardimilk_for_kids approaching Fort Bush at full cruise speed. A quick scan showed that his hold was indeed full of Cardamine

I told him to cut his engines, but instead he docked on Fort Bush. I did not have time to instruct Fort Bush to lock their docking bays, since he did it at full cruise speed

While I was reporting the situation to the other ships in my communications channel, the smuggler undocked and then made a break for Manhattan. However my interceptor was able to keep up with him and catch him near the planet, where I eventually managed to take him out.

As I understand it, this person is suspected of smuggling but has not been caught in the act until now. Please take this evidence and do with it as you wish. Perhaps it would also be a good idea to revoke his docking privileges on Liberty installations, so that we dont have to tell them to deny him access every single time we see him.
