I am glad to hear from you about this. As our representative on Planet Kurile, I am happy to know what is going on. It is much easier than removing fully illegal installations, I'll tell you. You know how much paperwork goes into that?

Anyway, moving right along. Due to the strange legal situation of extra-House systems and our business deals with neighboring Cryer Pharmaceuticals, I am going to have our legal team review what, if anything, would need to be done for such a station to be legal. We would certainly prefer to be able to do business, but our legal people always yell at me if I don't go by the book, hai?

I would like to assure you that our legal departament has already analysed all possible law issues regarding location of that base.
As Sigma-17 is an independent system, with no house or organisation owning it legally, we decided that the best we can do is to inform everyone of our intentions.
As you surely know, the IND avoids any situations that could cause any kind of legal repercussions.
I'm sure that you will find our presence in Sigma-17 to be profittable not only for IND itself, but also for Samura Heavy Industries.
