Today I got report from XO on one of my vessels that Junker and Zoner affiliated vessels been spotted near Perpignan Freeport.
Since this systems is yours it's up to you whom you will provide with information about it.
Still, in order to avoid any unnecessary conflicts and keep location of Roussillon in secret from our enemies, I am asking you to provide us with list of vessels and factions that shouldn't be destroyed in sight, in case if our patrols will spot them.
