1)War will be done in conquest style one battle per kusari system. There are six kusari systems (New Tokyo, Shikoku, Hokkaido, Chugoku, Honushu, and Kyushu) so there will be six battles. Faction with the most wins.. wins the war.
2)Should one of the factions win four battles, there are two options left for the opposite side. Surrender or cease fire.
3)should the war end in a tie (three wins apiece), there will be an all-out battle in Connecticut.
4)There will be an atribator for each battle. they will act as a refree of sorts. their job will be to make sure PvP rules are adhered to, and will declare when a player has reached the maximum number of deaths, thus taking them out of the fight.
5)Spoils of the war: There is a $200 million dollar pot. this money was given to =DVL= to allow them to build a battle fleet. However, should =DVL= lose the war, they will be required to repay that $200 million in FULL by the end of a 4 week cycle following the final battle of the war. Should =DVL= win the war, they will be allowed to keep the $200 million pot.
6)Skirmishes These will be allowed for the most part, but they won't count towards the official tally. Only system battles will.
7)System Battles PvP rules apply. There needs to be an even number of fighters/battleships, so both sides will attempt to adhre to this. Example: =DVL= has one battleship. Bs| Will have one battleship only. Should =DVL= have four fighters to back up the battleship, Bs| will have a flight squadron (four fighters) to back up their battleship. Even numbers only.. no tipping the scales.
8)Battle time line: Just_Josh and Wolfpack will decide which systems will be fought for on a particular day/time. these will be announced in advance, allowing both sides to muster up the stregnth. First battle should be fought in Honushu, since that is the closes system between Bs| home base in Omicron Minor and New Tokyo (We could go Shikoku, but.. eh.. ). First battle to be fought within the next week.

My original order to all Bs| members that traders are to be left alone stands. ALL TRADERS ARE NEUTRAL in this war. Only warships are to be targeted.

One thing, since the systems DVL owns and the systems Bs| are the DVL systems, then Chugoku would not be in there. Kusari Naval Forces and Kusari Police have no standing in the system. Only one JH in the system will have any spawns by Kusari Naval Forces. Chugoku is considered part of Kusari But is not owned by anyone other than pirates. Therefor it would not be a place of battle as DVL has no official standing there.
The systems are not considered part of Bs|, as territory thingie has been removed by Igiss. Thinks of it like counters. The one with most systems by the end of the war is the winner. But the winner dont keep the systems.

First DVL controls (there a better word happy? Gosh does it matter what word I use, really.) the systems that Kusari Naval Forces controls, and even though Chugoku is part of Kusari (never said it wasn't) The Kusari government has no hold at all on the system. It is a pirate system that has only pirates, therefor not part of the Kusari governments territory.
And I never said you were out for systems. I know you. I was just stating that you would be taking systems but that wasn't the reason of the war. Why would I think that when you left SF because they were helping pirates take control of someone's systems (and maybe some other reasons...).
