I'd assume that you can't do anything about it, really. I had considered pulling a trick that involved low-levs moving contraband for me in order to get my profit whilst staying out of harms way, and help them get starter credits by working for me. Come into the system with a hold full of cardi, get a low-lev to move it the rest of the way in for me. Sort of the same way that real-world drug dealers get some kid to hold the drugs and give them to the buyer so they stay out of trouble. I decided against it, for a few reasons.
1.) It would take forever to move that much cardi in little freighters, and the authorities might back-track one of them to see where they're getting it.
2.) I didn't really want to share the profits any more than I had to.
3.) There was no way to guarantee that the low-lev would return with my credits. Posting a bounty that came active when they hit 40 could theoretically solve that problem, though.
4.) Where's the fun in smuggling if you don't run a risk of getting caught?
5.) I figured that it might come close to a sanctionable offense if I tried it, since I'm basically using my knowledge of the server rules to make a profit in game.
Anyway, an answer to that question could help in case someone considers trying this in the future.

Ahhh....so this topic is about "Minors" then? People who are regarded as being not-of-age, or in Discovery terms, not regarded as equals with regards to ship choice (or lack of choice) and the number (or lack) of credits that they have?
Dang, I thought you were referring to "Miners" in a pirate-y voice...y'know what I mean, "Arrr, I be seeing some minors off of the port side Cap'n!" says Jenkins.
"Quiet yew, yew no-good slimey drunkard! These be the high seas, thar be no minors here! Arrrr!" replies the Cap'n.
"But I seen 'em Cap'n! I swear I saw those minors over yonder!" Jenkins pleads.
"WALLOP!" says the Cap'n's hand, hitting off of Jenkins' face.

Actually, it has sod all to do with mining the treasures of the seabed or even fish & chips for that matter, rather I was referring to players who are under level 30 and using the civilian ID.
