A fairly good and simple non-ore run is Hazmat Containers from Wuppertal Refinery in Koeln to Scarborough Station in Newcastle, then Toxic Waste back.

ALG is not hostile to Liberty, and is allowed to haul Toxic Waste (maybe others but the links are broken) using a Mover. Other Rheinland transports are outlawed, and most other cargo by ALG will be too.

When headed to Sunderland, be mindful that you need a Military Materials licensing or any BPA that catch up to you are within their rights to fine you. Also, any ship that isn't part of the Bretonian forces is not allowed within 30K of Sunderland.
