OK nevermind, found it, took me 40 minutes but its ok. When you dock on it whoever needs to, this is new to me, they offer you for 10k credits to have Airdrie on map and to have all hacker bases on map.

It's off the plane, so fly down until you see Hacker Guard Patrols, then form up with them and wait until they bring you to it
