Good day. I see you encoded you transmission ID. So I'm not sure who you are or who you work for. But none the less Memphis is a DSE base. Anyone friendly or neutral with DSE should be able to dock. Fair warnning Memphis has an impressive defence array. We are located 50k below the silver field in sector E2 in Pennsylvania. But again I must caution you,if you are a Liberty unlawful or if you have bad relations with Liberty, Memphis's automated defences will not be kind to you.
