TLDNR - They've actually got a reason for most of the stuff they do, even if it might look silly at a distance when you've never seen them before.

Sometimes they get bored and do crazy stuff though.

I'll answer your question.

If we were allied you'd seen more of Outcast/Rogue/Hacker + Hellfire in New York than just 1-2 fights. We're just using them for the moment to counter the LN/LSF swarm.

I could try allying with them though so people would stop spreading nonsense

I'm curious how you got those OC caps you use to shoot at OC's with...

Read the backstory, you used to be friends when you could gain from it, but I don't see any OC Arbiters floating around. What did the Outcasts get in return? Would it be within reason to get a SRP Outcast Arbiter based on your prior relationship?

No. (The Arbiter did not exist when HF was friendly with the Outcasts, and the Outcasts did not buy/receive/otherwise acquire a Spyglass.)

What did the Outcasts receive? Credits, supplies, and one less unlawful military group in the way of their business in Liberty at the time. I can't be any more specific since the RP records were lost many years ago during forum cleanups.

Well, thank God for the tech nerf system so factions can't hand out things they shouldn't left and right anymore
