Part 9 - With No Face

Sis met me, as we agreed, in the asteroid field at the Cambridge system. From here on we were slowly moving to our mutual target.

Freeport 1.

We wanted to never look back so the plan was to erase everything, even our names, so we could start from the blank page.

Our names had to dissapear, as well as our past.

Space become and new home and we didn't wanted to remember the days on Leeds, the abandoned city with it's dirt and broken lifes.

Everything went smooth. And yea, I see you're already not listening, so I'll make it short. The person we were looking for was waiting for us and, after the cash was transfered, we got our new ID cards. You see?

I didn't told my name to you for I didn't wanted you to hear it.

For you....

I'm Remilia Scarlet. Originating from Freeport 9. And that's about it, baby.

Truth is not necessary to live in space you know, and here the story actually ends.

Epilogue - Sonrisa Muerta

Remilia was sitting in front of her companions and one of the was already sleeping. The other one was holding the almost empty bottle of ale.

She's story came to the end and there was the last thing Remilia had to do before leaving. Transport already activated it's engines and the noise filled up the room.

The story was still a secret so...

Two shots were hard to hear between the noises of the working engines and two bodies fell on the floor.

Still a secret. That's how should it be.

Soon the "Wraith" took off from one of the bays and went after the transport stright into the ocean of ice and wanished from the base's sensors.
