They don't hate men, they just can't trust them.
Hence they must be removed from any important decision making places and told what to do since they are not smart enough to decide for them selves.

I'm thinking of a rumour where a GC is explaining why their organisation is difficult for the authorities to infiltrate: firstly, because they're all women (which rules out a vast majority of the Kusari forces, probably), and secondly due to the Cardamine-compulsory rituals of initiation.
