Just a quick question... Are pirate players supposed to give their targets a chance to hand over their cargo peacefully before they open fire?

I'v been attacked by bandersnatch multiple times, all without warning. I just want to if he's just being an a**, or if this is a rules infraction.

Firstly let me say that I enjoyed our little chase! It was all in the spirit of the game. After my criminal has made a name for himself, I'll start taking a one-off payment to leave traders alone. And I will stick to that. As far as I know it was all within server pvp rules, see the pinned post. Note you were about 10 levels above me. It was good fun, I hope :D

At the moment bandersnatch only attacks traders who appear hostile on the HUD. I don't attack neutrals or friendlies.

As for Dab, well thanks for your useful comment, you were even less use in the battle!

Well, it was a bit of fun. Just the kind of excitement that one needs after hours of repetitive traveling. I only died once durring the whole ordeal, so I count that as a fairly good survival rate. :D

well i didnt attack him because he was too many lvl's under me, i didnt't want to get kicked and i was a little busy when 10 hessians attacked me so be quite.
