Okay I am writing this because every time i make a post i cringe because my sig is usually bigger than my post. :/ Plus i am in the process of making a custom charachter banner which will add MORE to it o: So i ask all of you. Is my siggie too big? and if so how big is too big?

the forum rules say 700 x 250 pixels for image size, (and i think 160x140 for avatars) - but I'm not sure if that's for overall sig size or just the picture.

Basically I try to keep a sig inside the design of the forums. If you see the decorations on the page stretching and screwing up, you got a problem.

While being quite funny, your sig was the biggest one i've ever seen so far. No more than 700x250 please. ~utrack

' Wrote:I'm afraid I'll have to limit signature size for all forum members. Many sigs are too image-intensive and too long. It's no good when sigs start taking more thread space then actual posts.

Since now, maximum allowed length of signature is 20 standard text lines, including images. Max allowed size of all images is 250 px high and 700 px long.

For reference:

Signature line 1
Signature line 2
Signature line 3
Signature line 4
Signature line 5
Signature line 6
Signature line 7
Signature line 8
Signature line 9
Signature line 10
Signature line 11
Signature line 12
Signature line 13
Signature line 14
Signature line 15
Signature line 16
Signature line 17
Signature line 18
Signature line 19
Signature line 20

That's quite a lot, so I still recommend to make it smaller, much smaller... but if you'll exceed this limit, we'll ask you to resize the sig or will do it ourselves.

I would recommend as small as possible to keep said, what you want to be said.
