Rheinland Military/Police have absolutely no authority in or right to Sigma-13. Entering Sigma-13 is a violation of the 80 Years War treaty of non-aggression and respect for borders. Doing so will result in a 'Kill On Sight' action by GMG patrols. To the Rheinland Federal Police, ALG has willingly signed a contract and has put itself in danger. It will have to rely on its own security to protect it not that of your police vessels. I do not want to wake up in the morning to my patrols saying they've spotted a Rheinland War Cruiser patroling Gas Miner Naha. This is a final warning. More ships crossing into GMG territory will result on our patrols striking the diamond shipments of all vessels traveling from Rheinland crossing through Sigma-13. Your lack of knowledge and careless actions have put our mining operations at risk. We can no longer waste resources shooting down rogue vessels. Yes, all Rheinland vessels in Sigma-13 by the government is labled 'Imposters'. I hope this message gets your attention.

Adams, we'll consider this shall we? Any independent Rheinland pilot found within Sigma 13 will be declared hostile by not only yourself, but by the Rheinland house itself as well. A warning has already been sent to these, at least, what we believe are independent Rheinland operatives. The only official vessel you will see within Sigma 13 is of course my own personal Wrath, or any other authorized vessel that need be when I'm not on duty. Reason behind this being for transmission purposes in to Sigma 13 to get rid of these brainless pilots from the Sigmas. Our ships only going as far as the Frankfurt jumpgate.
Don't consider these 'independent' pilots ones of Rheinland, you are not the only ones wondering why the hell they're there in the first place.

I hope you understand my fustration with this matter, Vice Admiral. Kusari and Zoner demand of H-fuel has increased. Security is the biggest issue for Sigma-13 as you can imagine we're etratched accross the system protecting shipments. The only thing we worry more than pirates is another conflict which will cost thousands of lives. I believe that is something both of us cannot afford. We salute you vice admiral, thank you for your response I shall inform my council and security officers.
