Greetings, Citizens of New York.
This is the Diplomatic Peoples of Liberty, Diplomat Nemo speaking.
Yesterday I was with a fellow Diplomat, inspecting the tradelanes,
as per our normal operating procedures. We were specifically testing
the proper functionality of the California tradelanes. I say!
It my sad duty to inform you that the Liberty Government is yet again letting down
the citizens of Liberty, by allowing the tradelanes to entropy into a state of disrepair!
They are in need of urgent attention! I urge the Liberty Government to arrange
for the tradelanes of California to be inspected and repaired.
We took one particular tradelane gate offline to inspect it, and the surrounding traffic
could not stop, their computers malfunctioned at the unusual occurrence and continued
on blithely into dangerous shipping, and military paths. Considering that this tradelane was
near to a Planet, that increases the danger to you citizens many times over.
I fear for the safety of the citizens of Liberty, when they go careening
into space, without the control given by the tradelanes.
How would you feel if your beloved left for work, and you heard on the news that he had
careered into a planet, dying on impact, or shot down by the planetary defenses all
because a simple Tradelane was not kept maintained?
I urge you Citizens of Liberty to write to your Government and politely ask them to stop
wasting your tax payers money on petty things such as, yet another Battleship for the Navy,
and start applying your taxes to the REAL important things...like Tradelane maintenance!
