Noticed there weren't any Blood Dragon factions around. Not necessarily proposing one; just confirming this. I could be wrong: correct me.

[HG] (Hideyoshi's Guard) is the current ruling blood dragon faction.
Honorable people, they even let my outcast pass through chugoku today.

The Nova-PG is also active as well. Both are very good factions.
