Hmmm i will check it out but dont get mad we using proboards atm since our old forum was getting spammed all the time at some point we will upgrade to something better kinda like the disco forum here

Never used ProBoards so I can't say, but I do know that MyBB kicks SMF in the seat of the pants. I had an SMF forum and it was constantly being spammed. Got my whole account locked. Of course I was ending that forum anyway so I used FTP (don't know why that wasn't blocked too) and just deleted everything in it.

My MyBB forum has never had spam (knock on wood:). Of course I only allow picture files to be uploaded. Couldn't figure out how to do that with SMF. And I do a hidden capcha in the user registration as well. It seems to work.

^_^ i want to use the same one disco has running here but we dont have an SQL database running atm if we did we would be running this type of forum can anyone help me with SQL and the basics of it
