Arro Gance (ingame name Arrogance) was born on Malta, raised as an Outcast he began training to be a pilot at a young age, and received his first ship and was sent to the liberty systems when he reached manhood, one one of his first missions in the California system, escorting a shipment of cardimine he wing was ambushed by a large contingent of Zenos, massively outnumbered the outcasts fought valiantly destroying 2 Zeno ships for every one they lost but in the end they were defeated, Arro was left floating in deep space in his escape pod, left to die a slow miserable death when his food and water ran out,but luckily, or unluckily depending on how you view it, he was picked up by Liberty Navy Patrol, and was shipped off to Sugerland prison where he spent the next five years
he has been rehabilitated and released he is now a freelance trader working with the Zoners moving cargo all across Sirus doing what he can stay off the police and military radars, he maintains working relationships with the Outcasts and their allies as well as the house corporations and many other criminal groups though he does not engage in criminal activity himself, other than the occasional smuggling run when the risk is low, the only people he considers enemies are the Zenos, he will never forgive them for leaving him to die in the cold vacuum of space, and hates them with a genocidal rage
