SV) - Sirian Vanguard

Description:
The Sirian Vanguard is a criminal organisation which is involved in terrorism, piracy, smuggling and blackmailing. But even when the list of commited crimes is long, one cannot deny that the Vanguard has also been spotted aiding freelancers and other small independent pilots in danger, may it be piracy or other forms of threat. The main, very ambitious, goal of the Vanguard seems to be a total change of leadership and by total they mean whole Sirius with all its houses and corporations.

// With the Vanguard I/we want to create a different kind of faction. I wanted a faction that acts in whole Sirius and (randomly) creates circumstances the players have to react to. (For example: Creating trade blockades. Starting planned longer operations against law enforcers. Blackmailing corps etc. But also doing convoys and fake/ruse operations that (theoretically) are supposed to improve/change the Vanguards image.
I also want a lot of our plans and operations to fail. I want Police/Military to intercept our patrols and to hack our comms.

I know that we won't be an effective faction goalwise but maybe funwise. We wont create gameplay solely for our own but for everyone. And I hope that people will play with us instead of abusing and destroying the options I will try to give. I will for example try to give a set of information free to be intercepted should the police manage to defeat a player of a certain group in time. I also don't mind if a leader speaks to me and infiltrates the faction with a player or two.
And I also hope that the players inside the faction won't simply tell everything to anyone. I simply hope that everyone has fun with this faction.
If this doesn't work out or our faction causes more harm(gameplaywise) than it does good I will immediatly stop for the servers sake.
I simply believe that the server needs some more small events that don't need to be planned weeks before.

Goals
Official:
Main:
- Bringing change to Sirius - Uniting the Houses under one true and righteous leadership
Secondary:
- Protecting honest small people from suppression of higher mights

Inofficial(Intern):
Main:
- Weaken the Houses to take over control and blast away everything that could danger the rule of the Sirian Vanguard
Secondary:
- Protect small independents in provoced actions so the people of Sirius believe what the Vanguard tells them
- Finding allies
- Secure funding by smuggling, pirating(not too often. Noone trusts a pirate), abusing trade organisations(blackmailing, fake organisations)

First, good write up.

However it could use description as to where exactly you intend to base yourselfs from. Barrier gate station?

Yes our main base is barrier as it is for nearly any independent faction (sadly there arent many alternatives except heisenberg) but we also use Rogue bases when we are in Liberty because we get pretty well along with them.

Only remark i have so far is that the Asco is used by so many pirates and apparently didn't miss this one either, unless i didn't see it right last time. To me ive never seen a really valid reason inrp to use this vessel, only reason being that its a good gunboat and thus is used for pvp reasons mainly. It gets boring and unoriginal.

I am also not that happy with gallic ships but there sadly arent any real alternatives for the Pirate ID to use.
We cant use any Heavy Bomber with bigger powervcore than 75% except for the Eclipse and the Waran(which noone uses)
And we cant use any Gunboats except for said asco and the kusari explorer.

But I take your point and I will see what I can do to reduce the number of gallic ships to something more fitting.

Well, not exactly.
Pirate ID can actually use many GBs.
