To the relevant authorities.

I work with a small band of independent 'traders' that circles lack a certain trust with us around Sirius.

We have, however no reason to distrust or fear mutual cooperation with Gallian authorities, other then Gallia's aggressive protocol against most unaffiliated peoples outside of her own borders.

Here's my proposal:

Upon a reply, I'd be happy to offer all ship names, their classes, systems we'd travel though, bases were we'd land and the goods we'd plan to carry though Gallia's territories.

In return, Gallia would receive rich commodities and valuable supplies that are rare within her own borders and difficult to reach outside of them. We'd be more then happy to procure any particular supplies that The Kingdom might wish to process.

All we ask of in return is a fair price for what we bring.

I hope you forgive the light encryption, but I'm sure some of the companies and political bodies with in Sirius that we continue to work with would be most horrified to know that the goods they're supplying might end up in the hands of those who carry their...
